We are a wine company created in 2001, located in the department of 25 de Mayo, San Juan, Argentina. 32 km from the city, we have an planted area of 130 hectares of grapes, dedicating ourselves exclusively to the production and sale of raisin grapes for the external and internal market. Emphasizing the monitoring and care of each process of preparing the final product, complementing it with a technical team committed to optimizing the available resources to reach the highest quality standards worldwide.
The location of our farm is essential, for obtaining high quality raisins, due to its stony soils covered with clay and sand, its water, which is provided by the San Juan River as a result of the melting of the Andes mountain range. and one of the most important characteristics, the thermal amplitude and low humidity, drying naturally under the sun, obtaining a product of the highest quality.
Our raisins are dried in the sun naturally, obtaining a high-quality product. Our production is carried out entirely on our 25 de Mayo farm, carrying out all the quality controls required in the harvesting, drying and packaging processes. our product. We produce two varieties Flame and Fiesta.
It is considered the sweetest raisin on the market. They are red seedless grapes dried in the sun, which give a unique characteristic.
The Fiesta variety is also seedless with excellent results as a raisin, a variety that is not old, is not affected by botrytis or grain stain, has good destemming and resists salinity.
